388min Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 388min platform at 388min.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 388min.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 388min platform. Continued use of the platform after any published changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Account Registration

To use the paid features of the 388min platform — including making deposits, placing bets and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. 5. Withdrawals

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• 388min reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors, incorrect odds being published, verifiable evidence of match-fixing, or events being cancelled or abandoned without a result.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and spinning by professional dealers. 388min does not manipulate game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 388min platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular manual use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the platform interface to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or at live poker tables.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification or any support interaction.
• Using the 388min platform for any activity related to money laundering or financial crime.
